Residential Properties is Rhode Island’s largest and most successful independent real estate company. Residential Properties consistently earns national recognition as one of the top real estate companies in the country.
We decided to move them more towards a retail model and focus on the buying aspect for users. In our research, we found a large portion of their business stems from buyers. We created a chose your path experience to focus in on the two specific users; buyers and sellers.
The main objective of the redesign was to reimagine their navigation. It is rather extensive and a few of the pages would work better together as one. Most of the work was consolidating and grouping. Residential Properties has a streamlined, efficient business and their web presence should match this, in addition to their hospitality.
